Free Notary Service
The Library strives to have a notary public on hand during most hours of operations. Please call ahead to ensure availability. In the event your request cannot be fulfilled, notary services are also available at the Stickney Township Village Hall.
$0.10 per page for black & white copies.
$0.50 per page for color copies.
(coin tower accepts nickels, dimes, quarters, & single dollar bills)
$1 per page (15 pages maximum). 
(staff will assist)

Free! Pages can be scanned and emailed to an email address you specify or saved to a flash drive.

Scans can be in color, grayscale, or black & white with a resolution of 200dpi (dots per inch), 300dpi, 400dpi, or 600dpi, as a .pdf, or .tiff. It will arrive as an email attachment. 
Community Event Posting
Organizations can submit advertising materials for local cultural, civic, and educational events to be posted on the bulletin board. Materials may be reduced in size to maximize space.
Computer Printing
$0.10 per page for black & white printing.
$0.50 per page for color printing.

Exam Proctoring
The Library provides proctoring of tests and examinations for students taking online, continuing education, or distance education courses. Stickney‐Forest View residents with a valid Stickney‐Forest View Public Library card can request a proctoring appointment free of charge, other than normal charges for printing and/or copying. Residents from outside the Stickney‐Forest View Public Library service area can request a proctoring appointment for a nominal fee in addition to normal charges for printing and/or copying.

Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are available for cultural, civic, and educational groups sponsored by a local citizen as long as meetings are non-partisan, non-sectarian, and non-commerical.

Voter Registration
You need to:
  • Be a citizen of the U.S.
  • Be 18 years of age by the next election
  • Have a residential mailing address
  • Provide two (2) pieces of ID, one of which must have your current address.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
  • Illinois driver’s license
  • Illinois state ID
  • Employee or student ID
  • Credit card
  • Social Security card
  • Birth certificate
  • Utility bill in your name
  • Mail postmarked to your name
  • Valid U.S.A. passport
  • Public aid ID card
